Kjeldahl analyzer determination apparatus is based on the protein content of nitrogen in the principle of constant. By measuring the contect of nitrogen in the sample to calculate the protein content of instrument. Because of its protein content measuring calculation method called kjeldahl determination, therefore is called the kjeldahl nitrogen apparatus, or nitrogen analyzer, protein determination analyzer, crude protein analyzer.

1.Process control by microcomputer, including manual mode and automatic mode, can be set automatically according to you need and switch: under automatic mode, one time complete adding alkali, boric acid, distrillation,ammonia absorptioni of  whole process. The volume of boric acid and alkali and distillation and absorption precess time can be set by self. Under manual mode: adding boric acid, alkali, distillation can seperate operation by person.
